Dr. Simmons graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He later completed his podiatric residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Simmons finished his podiatric surgical residency at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital and Kaiser.
